Maureen Dor (born November 17, 1970 in Ixelles / Elsene ) is a Belgian television presenter and actress .

Life

After studying at the Institut des hautes études des communications sociales , Maureen Dor worked as a columnist for the French television channel Canal + . From 1994 she worked for the French TV channel France 2 before hosting the show SVP COMEDIE together with Philippe Risoli on the French TV channel TF1 from 1996 to 1997 . She then moderated On va s'gêner on Europe 1 in 2000 and, together with Laurent Ruquier, On a tout essayé on Direct 8 from 2000 to 2006 .

In June 2012 RTL TVI announced that Dor was hired to present the talent show Belgium's Got Talent .

In parallel to her moderation work, Maureen Dor has worked as an actress in various French and Belgian film productions since 1997. So she played in several short films and episodes of individual television series. She made her feature film debut in the 2003 television drama Comment devient-on capitaliste? at the side of Nils Tavernier and Muriel Combeau .

Since 2011 she has published five children's books together with the writers Pascal Lemaître , Olivier Nomblot and Agnès Perruchon .

Maureen Dor is the mother of two sons
