Maurice Dayet

Maurice Dayet (* 1889 , † 1973 ) was a French diplomat, most recently with the rank of ambassador .

Life

Maurice Dayet's father was André Dayet. Maurice Dayet became First Secretary at the French Embassy in Moscow on March 12, 1936 .

Maurice Dayet married Elizabeth Margaret Miller on March 1922.

Maurice Dayet married Eileen Mary Jacob on November 23, 1938.

In 1941 Maurice Dayet was in London and negotiated with José Joaquim de Lima e Silva Moniz de Aragão (born May 12, 1887 in Rio), the government's ambassador to Brazil.

Maurice Dayet was appointed ambassador to Lima on August 17, 1943 by the Comité national français .

In 1954 Mauriche Dayet was retired and engaged in archeology.

In 1956, Mauriche Dayet replaced Jean Mazard as president of the Societe Francaise de Numismatique .
