Maurice E. Dockrell
Maurice Edward Dockrell (born October 6, 1908 - December 9, 1986 ) was an Irish politician.
Dockrell belonged from 1943 to 1977 for the Fine Gael of the Dáil Éireann , the lower house of the Irish Parliament . In the 1977 elections for the 21st Dáil Éireann, he lost his mandate. In addition to his parliamentary activities , Dockrell was also active on the Dublin City Council . From 1960 to 1961 he held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin there .

Maurice Edward Dockrell was born in 1908 as the son of the politician Henry Morgan Dockrell and was thus a grandson of Maurice Dockrell . His younger brother Percy Dockrell later belonged to the Dáil Éireann.
