Maurice Wignall
Maurice Wignall (born April 17, 1976 in Saint Andrew Parish ) is a Jamaican hurdler .
At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , he finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles . At the World Indoor Championships in 2004 , he won bronze over the 60 meter hurdles. He achieved his greatest successes at the Commonwealth Games , where he won bronze in 2002 and gold in the 110 meter hurdles in 2006.
Wignall won the state championships in 1997, 1999 and 2001-2005. His best performance in the 110 meter hurdles is 13.17 s, which he achieved in the 2004 semifinals of the Olympic Games. In the long jump , his best distance since 1997 is 8.09 m.
Maurice Wignall is 1.86 m tall and has a competition weight of 75 kg.
