Mauricio Tévez (born July 31, 1996 in Rosario ) is an Argentine football player . He is not related to the Argentine world star Carlos Tévez .
Club career
Mauricio Tévez comes from the youth department of Newell's Old Boys , in which Lionel Messi once played. On August 10, 2014, the young player made his debut at the age of 18 years and 10 days in the Argentine Primera División when he was right-winger on the starting line-up in the 1-0 away win over Boca Juniors . In added time of the first half, Tevéz scored the decisive goal for victory.
