Maurizio Rasio

Maurizio Rasio (* 1963 in Milan ) is an Italian filmmaker.

After studying directing and screenwriting at New York University, Rasio has appeared in various functions since 1989. An engagement as production secretary for Paolo Poeti's television production Senza scampo was followed by the script for Sergio Martino's mediocre sex thriller Sonias Exzesse (and the La ragazza di Cortina produced by Martino ) and in 1994 his own, largely unnoticed Ritorno a Parigi , a psychogram of middle-class friends. He then worked as an author for formats such as “JTV” or “Obiettivo salute” for Italian television. In 2014 he produced the documentary series Alive: Storie di sopravvisuti .
