Maurizio Varini
Maurizio Varini (born August 30, 1978 in Castiglione delle Stiviere ) is an Italian racing cyclist .
Maurizio Varini began his career in 2004 with the Miche cycling team . In 2005 he moved to the Italian Continental Team Ceramica Flaminia . In his first year there, he won the time trial at the Course de la Solidarité Olympique and finished second in the overall standings. He drove for this team, which had been licensed as a Professional Continental Team since 2006 , until 2007, but could not achieve any further international successes. After 2007 he was no longer registered with a UCI team.
