Mauro Estol , full name Mauro Nahuel Estol Rodríguez , (born January 27, 1995 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Midfielder Estol has been in the squad of Uruguayan first division team Racing Club de Montevideo since at least the 2014 Apertura . There he made his debut on August 16, 2014 under coach Mauricio Larriera in the first matchday game against Danubio FC , when he came on for Christian Tabó in the 94th minute . In the 2014/15 season he was used seven times (no goal) in the Primera División . This was followed by twelve more premier league appearances (one goal) in the 2015/16 season. During the 2016 season, he made eight league games (no goal).

National team

Estol has been a member of the Uruguayan U-20 national team , overseen by coach Fabián Coito , since at least September 2014 . On September 22, 2014, he was in the starting line-up in Uruguay's 2-1 home defeat against Peru at Parque Saroldi . He was also used in the four-nation tournament in Chile on October 8, 2014 in a 2-1 win against Mexico and scored one goal.
