Career
Franke belonged to the Union Oberschöneweide , for which he played the 1922/23 season as a striker in the championship organized by the Association of Brandenburg Ball Game Clubs . After he was able to complete the round-robin tournament of group A , consisting of ten teams, with his team after a round trip, he also won the final of the Berlin championship over the winner of group 2 forward 90 Berlin after a round trip with 4: 2. He and his team qualified for the final round of the German Championship , in which he was used in four games, but lost the final on June 10, 1923 in Berlin with 0: 3 against Hamburger SV .
