Max Jessner (politician)
Max Jessner (born February 21, 1903 in Sankt Peter-Freienstein ; † August 7, 1974 in Leoben ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and lathe operator . From 1956 to 1960 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .
Life
After elementary school, Jessner attended trade school and learned the profession of lathe operator, which he subsequently practiced. He was a member of the Chamber for Workers and Salaried Employees and the Central Works Council of the Austrian Alpine Mining Society (ÖAMG) and a member of the Advisory Board of the ÖAMG for Styria. He represented the SPÖ between June 8, 1956 and March 30, 1966 in the National Council.
