Maxime Méderel (born September 19, 1980 in Limoges ) is a French cyclist .

Maxime Méderel began his career in 2005 with the French Continental Team Auber 93 . In his first season he was sixth in the Trophée des Grimpeurs and once stage runner-up in the Tour de l'Avenir . In spring 2006 he won a stage in the Tour de Normandie .

With the Tour de France 2013 he took part in his first big tour of the country for the Professional Continental Team Sojasun and finished the tour in 52nd place overall. In 2014 he competed for the UCI WorldTeam Europcar in the Giro d'Italia , which he did not finish, and the Vuelta a España , in which he was 35th.
