Maximilian Ledochowski

Maximilian Ledochowski (born January 30, 1956 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian doctor and author on nutritional medicine topics. He takes a critical stance towards "healthy" nutrition and general nutritional recommendations.

Life

Ledochowski studied medicine at the University of Innsbruck (later Medical University Innsbruck ), where he later worked in research and teaching. In 2001, he has as an internist who specializes in the nutritional medicine habilitation . From March 2004 to 2010 he was head of the department for nutritional medicine at the university clinics in Innsbruck. His main research interests are in the area of ​​food intolerance. In addition, he deals with the subject of "food and depression". In 2008 he founded the Academy for Nutritional Medicine .
