Maxstrasse Bridge

The Maxstraßenbrücke is a road bridge in the Hamburg district of Hamburg-Barmbek-Süd . It is an iron girder bridge built between 1907 and 1908 .

The bridge is named after Maxstraße , with which it crosses the Wandse , which is called Eilbek at this point.

The Maxstraßenbrücke forms a listed ensemble with the Von-Essen- Straßebrücke and the bank area in between, which is registered as a cultural monument by the Hamburg Authority for Culture and Media with the number 30902 .
