Maya Reiner

Maya Reiner (* 1952 in Stötten am Auerberg ) is a German architect and university professor.

Life

Maya Reiner studied architecture at the Technical University of Munich and at the University of California in Berkeley with Bill Turnbull. She has been running an architecture office in Munich since 1981 together with Prof. Jörg Weber and has been a professor at the University of Kassel since 1996 . She has received numerous awards. Maya Reiner + Jörg Weber, architects and urban planners, Munich became known to the general public when their urban planning design was used as the basis for the construction of the new Messestadt Riem in Munich in 1996.
