The McCalman Peak is a 550 m high mountain in the north of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Trinity Peninsula, it rises 5 km north of Crystal Hill from an east-west oriented mountain ridge .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1964 after Donald McCalman (1927-2008), geodesist of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey on the station in Hope Bay from 1958 to 1959.
