Messle

The Messle , Maßlel or Messlein, was a Württemberg measure of volume and grain . Its validity ranged from 1557 to around 1806.

• 1 meter = 2 corner / corner = 8 quarters = 1.384 liters
• 2 measuring points = 1 eighth

In the Grand Duchy of Baden was

• 1 meter = 75 7/12 Parisian cubic inches = 1½ liters
• 10 measuring units = 1 sester
• 100 measuring cups = 1 painter
• 1000 measuring cups = 1 tub

When Überlinger Fruchtfleisch was

• 1 Immi = 4 measuring units = 4.1401 liters
• 1 measuring tube = 1.5531 liters (?)
