The Medienbrücke München is a high-rise in the Werksviertel in Munich's Berg am Laim district . It was designed by Otto Steidle and posthumously implemented by his successors steidle architects . It was built as a project by BMI Immobilienmanagement GmbH .

Building

The building, which floats on two columns up to a maximum height of 46 meters, is one of the more unusual properties in the state capital. After around two years of construction, the 30 million euro building was completed in autumn 2012. The approximately 7,000 square meters of office space are mostly let to companies in the media industry. The house offers a panoramic view of the Alps.

The building is 90 meters long and 23 meters deep, the maximum height is 46 meters.
