Steidle Architects is Otto Steidle's successor . The architecture office is based in Munich .

After the death of Otto Steidle , who unexpectedly died of a heart attack on his farm in Harpfing in 2004 at the age of 60 , the former partners Hans Kohl, Johann Spengler, Johannes Ernst and Martin Klein founded the successor office steidle architects in 2005 .

The former partner of Otto Steidle and her staff are working in the Otto Steidle 1971 built terrace house in the Ghent road in Munich. It is close to the English Garden . This early work by Otto Steidle is a listed building.

Hans Kohl

Hans Kohl (born September 25, 1952 in Kornthan in the Upper Palatinate ; † July 9, 2007 in Munich) graduated from high school in 1972. In 1976 Kohl graduated from the Technical University in Munich after four years of study . From 1976 he worked at Steidle + Partner. From 1986 Kohl held a managerial position at Steidle + Partner. Between 2005 and 2007 Hans Kohl was managing partner of steidle architects.

Johannes Ernst

Johannes Ernst (* 1966 in Baden-Baden ) graduated from high school in 1986. In 1997, after studying for seven years, Ernst graduated from the Technical University in Berlin. In 1993 and 1994 he was a Fulbright Fellow at the IIT in Chicago. From 1997 he worked at Steidle + Partner. Between 2001 and 2007 Ernst was assistant to Otto Steidle at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin. Johannes Ernst has been a managing partner at steidle architects since 2005.

Martin Klein

Martin Klein (* 1962 in Köngen am Neckar ) graduated from high school in 1981. In 1993, after ten years of studies, Klein graduated from the Technical University in Stuttgart. In 1987 and 1989 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. In 1991 he had a guest study at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. From 1993 he worked at Steidle + Partner. Martin Klein has been a partner at steidle architects since 2005.

Johann Spengler

Johann Spengler (* 1962 in Augsburg ) graduated from high school in 1981. In 1985, after four years of study, Spengler graduated from the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. He then studied for two years at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. From 1988 he worked at Steidle + Partner. In 1995 he became a partner at Otto Steidle. Johann Spengler has been a managing partner at steidle architects since 2005.
