City of Munich Prize for Cityscape Maintenance 2008
24 applications were received for the 2008 Monument Protection and New Building competition . A resolution proposal for the meeting of the Committee for Urban Planning and Building Regulations of the Munich City Council on September 23, 2009 provided for three participants to be awarded the City of Munich Cityscape Prize and three other participants to be given an honorable mention. However, the decision was postponed. It was not until the meeting on October 14, 2009 that the committee passed a resolution that followed the proposal. The prize was awarded on March 8, 2010.
