The MO82 is a 70 meter high skyscraper at Moosacher Straße 82 in the Am Oberwiesenfeld district in the Am Riesenfeld district of Munich. It is located directly at the Oberwiesenfeld underground station on the U3 line, north of the Olympiapark .

The MO82 was built from 2017 to 2018. It has 21 floors, making it the 17th tallest skyscraper in Munich and the 20th skyscraper in the city. It houses an H2 hotel , office space and student apartments.
The architecture comes from Hilmer Sattler Architects Ahlers Albrecht and Steidle Architects . The construction costs amount to around € 50 million.
The building is located on the former production site of Knorr-Bremse AG on Oberwiesenfeld .
