Meagan Alexandra Morris (born May 11, 1992 in Montclair , New Jersey ) is a former American soccer player who was last under contract with Portland Thorns FC in the National Women's Soccer League from 2016 to 2018 .
Career
society
While studying at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill , Morris played for the North Carolina Tar Heels college team from 2010 to 2013 . On April 14, 2014 she was signed by Sky Blue FC and made her debut there on May 11 in the away game against the Western New York Flash .
At the end of April 2016, the previously clubless Morris was signed by Portland Thorns FC . After she was no longer used due to injury in 2018, she ended her career.
National team
Morris was on the (expanded) squad of the U-15, U-17 and U-18 national teams of the United States. With the U-20 she took part in the World Cup in Germany in 2010 and was used there in three games.
