Megan L. Brigman (born November 7, 1990 in Laurinburg , North Carolina ) is an American football player who was last under contract in the 2014 season with Seattle Reign FC in the National Women's Soccer League .

Career

During her studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill , Brigman played for the North Carolina Tar Heels university team there from 2009 to 2013 , but was out for a long time in 2012 due to a broken leg in the first game of the season. In January 2014 she was signed in the second round of the college draft of the NWSL at position 17 of the Seattle Reign FC franchise and made her debut there on June 19, 2014 in an away win against the Boston Breakers as a substitute. Before the start of the 2015 season, Brigman was released from Seattle.
