Meher Afroz Shaon
Meher Afroz Shaon ( Bengali মেহের আফরোজ শাওন, born October 12, 1981 ) is a Bangladeshi film actress , director and singer .
Life
Meher Afroz Shaon was already in front of the camera as a child and had her first success in 1989 with the television drama Shadhinota Amar Shadhinota. In 1991 she appeared in the documentary Jononi by Humayun Ahmed . She also worked as a director for television before she also directed a feature film, Krishnopokkho . She doesn't describe singing as part of her professional activity, but as her passion.
She was married to the writer and filmmaker Humayun Ahmed (1948–2012).
