My little lexicon was a 41-title series of children's books from Kinderbuchverlag Berlin for readers aged 9 and over. Each of them dealt with lexically in detail only a certain subject area.

The 16.5 cm × 24 cm books had a hard cardboard cover and cost 5.80  marks . When the last title in the Ginger, Rice and Mahogany series was published in 1990, the format was reduced to 15 cm × 22 cm and a glossy surface was chosen for the cover.
