Meinolfus Chapel (Büren)
The Meinolfus Chapel is a chapel in the East Westphalian town of Büren in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is located in the Valley of Peace on Landstrasse 818 between Gut Böddeken and Altenböddeken .
At this point there was a chapel from 1742, which however later fell into disrepair. Today's chapel was built in 1856 in neo-Gothic style on behalf of Georg von Mallinckrodt. There is an old linden tree in front of the chapel.
The von Mallinckrodt family's hereditary burial site is located next to the chapel . Further south in the valley is the Böddeken military cemetery .
