Mendenhall Observatory
The HS Mendenhall Observatory ( Mendenhall Observatory ) is an astronomical observatory . It is located at an altitude of 335 m above sea level south-west of Stillwater in the US state of Oklahoma .
Established in 2002, the observatory is operated by Oklahoma State University and is named after Harrison Shepler Mendenhall, the university's first astronomer.
