The Menhir El Cabezudo (also called Menhir of Valdeolea) is a Neolithic menhir on a hill in the hamlet of El Olmo in the municipality of Valdeolea in Cantabria in Spain .

The sandstone menhir has a width of 1.2 m and a total length of 4.85 m (the visible part measures 3.85 m). It was discovered, knocked over and broken in two. It has been restored and placed in its original place.

In 1994, 144 megalithic structures were recorded in Cantabria, 13 of which were menhirs. El Cabezudo is one of eight megaliths in Valdeolea and one of the largest in Spain. Its weight is estimated at around 5.0 tons.
