The menhir la Pierre au Jô (also Pierre-au-Coq) is one of the rare menhirs in the Lorraine region . It stands in a blanket north-west of Pont-à-Mousson ( German  "Moselbrück" ), near Metz in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in Lorraine in France . It is not to be confused with the menhir Pierre-au-Coq in Soligny-les-Étangs in the Aube department .

The cuboid menhir is about 2.5 m high. Its cross-section is about 50 × 40 cm. The sides are aligned with the cardinal points. It is made of limestone , probably from a quarry 800 meters away. It has been classified as a Monument historique since 1914 .
