Menotti Avanzolini (born January 16, 1923 in Florence , † March 19, 2007 ) was an Italian football player , he played on the position of midfielder .
Menotti Avanzolini moved from Vis Pesaro to his hometown for Fiorentina for the 1941/42 season . Here he then played six seasons and played over 100 games in the viola jersey. For the 1949/50 season Avanzolini moved to league rivals AS Lucchese Libertas .
