Mercy Joseph

Mercy Mwethya Joseph (born March 21, 1992 ) is a Kenyan badminton player .

Career

Mercy Joseph started in 2009 and 2010 at the African Championships, where she reached the second round in women's doubles. In 2010 she played at the Commonwealth Games, but was eliminated there in the preliminary round of the badminton tournament. In 2011 she reached fourth place at the Africa Games in women's doubles. At the Kenya International 2013 she won mixed with Patrick Kinyua. In 2014 she was back at the Commonwealth Games, where she was in the round of 16 of the women's singles. At the African Championships she won bronze in doubles. In 2018 she qualified again for the Commonwealth Games, but dropped out in the first round.
