Miach

Miach [ mʴiːax ] is a figure in the Celtic mythology of Ireland . Together with his brother Ormiach and his sister Airmed , he is considered the son of the healer of the Tuatha de Danaan , Dian Cecht .

Dian Cecht is king Nuada for his severed arm prosthesis made of silver one, but a black beetle lives in that inflicts the king by nibbling his wound terrible pain. Miach is able to grow a new arm for him with the help of his sister, thereupon Dian Cecht killed his son out of jealousy and buried him in the ground. However, through the tears of Airmed 365 various medicinal herbs grow from Miach's grave, which she names and stores. When Dian Cecht finds out about this, he confuses everyone so that their strength is lost. Only Aimed knows them and knows how to use them.
