Michael Allmaier

Michael Allmaier (* 1969 in the Niederrhein region ) is a German editor , author and restaurant critic.

Career

Allmaier studied comparative literature in Essen, among other places . From 1999 to 2002 he was a film editor and restaurant critic in the features section of the FAZ .

Allmaier is an editor at the weekly newspaper Die Zeit . Here, too, he works as a gastronomy critic.
