Michael Birkenbihl

Michael Birkenbihl (* 1921 ; † 1993 ) was a German doctor and psychologist who had worked as a freelance personal trainer, author and management consultant since 1970.

Life

Michael Birkenbihl was the son of the writer Michael Josef Maria Birkenbihl (1877–1960). After completing his studies, he devoted himself to market research and advertising and worked in the field for ten years.

His daughter, Vera Felicitas Birkenbihl , updated his most famous publication, Train the Trainer, after his death until her own death in 2011.
