Michael Dietmayr (born June 27, 1975 in Munich ) is a German songwriter , music cabaret artist and worked as a social and cultural pedagogue.

Life

Dietmayr was born on June 27, 1975 in Munich and grew up in Oberschleißheim . He has a brother three years older than him. From 1991 to 1994 he was trained as a car mechanic. Then he worked in a curative educational day care center. In 1996 Dietmayr received his secondary school leaving certificate, in 1998 his technical diploma and in 2003 his diploma in social work. During his studies he worked as a permanent employee at the district youth association Munich-Land. In June 2008 he graduated as a cultural educator with a focus on theater. Dietmayr has been married since 2003 and has two daughters.

Career

In 1991 he played in the band Drunken Angels , in 1992 with Suspekt and Common Leach . 1992 was his first public appearance. From 1995 to 2005 he was a member of Akzent and also performed solo. Since 2006 he has been playing mostly his solo programs. In November 2008 he made his first appearance on television in the program Ottis Schlachthof on Bavarian television with the song "Schatz, Please nicht Jetzt!"

From 2008 to 2011 Dietmayr performed the “Wechselhaare” program together with Christoph Weiherer .

Since 2009 there has also been the project "3 men - only with guitar", which consists of the formation Roland Hefter, Keller Steff and Michi Dietmayr. This combination now ensures concerts that are regularly sold out across Bavaria.

Since 2009 he has been seen as an actor as well as a musician and cabaret artist in various TV formats. The BR-3 presenter Matthias Matuschik played Dietmayr's “Liebeslied in Ost-Dur” weekly for over a year in his program, which enormously increased the awareness of the Munich resident.

After several sold out concerts in the Munich slaughterhouse, the decision was made to go to a larger location and so Michael Dietmayr released his CD “Heimat? Munich! ”In the Circus Krone.

After many sold-out concerts with the "3 men - only with guitar", he and his two colleagues released the first CD together, "Die G'schicht von de 3 men", in October 2014 in Circus Krone, which was also sold out.

In July 2014, the pilot episode of the late-night talk “Schlachthof laden d'Schieder again” was filmed. The show band for this program - which was recorded once a month with prominent guests in the Munich slaughterhouse and broadcast on Munich TV - was "Michi & die Dietmayrs".

Michi Dietmayr also moderates the mixed shows "Glacht um Acht" in Feldmoching and the "G'mischte Schlachtplatt'n" in the Munich slaughterhouse.

Since February 2019 he has played as Police Chief Manfred Haas in the series Dahoam is Dahoam on Bavarian television.

Overall, Dietmayr played in five competitions between 2007 and 2010 and was always able to secure a place among the top three participants:
