Michael Stahel Farmer, Baron Farmer (born December 17, 1944 ) is a British entrepreneur and treasurer of the Conservative Party .

Farmer is a founding member of the RK Mine Finance Group and is a trustee of the Kingham Hill Trust. He donated more than £ 6.5 million to the Conservative Party. His son George was a former member of the Bullingdon Club .

In August 2014, Michael Farmer was nominated as the future Life Peer of the House of Lords . On September 5, 2014, he was also named a peer Baron Farmer, of Bishopsgate in the City of London .
