Michael Fullilove

Michael Atticus Fullilove AM (born March 9, 1972 ) is an Australian author and journalist with a focus on foreign policy .

He is the Director of the Lowy Institute for International Policy in Sydney and a Senior Fellow Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC and publishes in various national newspapers and magazines.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales . As a Rhodes Scholarship holder , he was at the University of Oxford , where he earned a master's and a doctorate in philosophy.

Among other things, he worked as an advisor to the Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating and in 2005 published a book about outstanding personalities in Australia and their speeches.
