Michael Joseph Netschert was a Franconian MP .
Career
Netschert was established as a timber merchant in Gemünden am Main and was mayor there. From 1859 to 1861 and a second time in 1869 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Bavarian State Parliament .
