Michael Sanke (born February 12, 1969 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
The striker Michael Sanke began his career in the youth of SV Brackwede and later moved to Arminia Bielefeld . In 1987 he joined the first team and made his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga on August 8, 1987 in a goalless draw against Rot-Weiss Essen . Sanke played a total of four times in the 2nd Bundesliga and was relegated to bottom of the table with his team at the end of the season. Sanke then left Arminia and later played for SV Gadderbaum, among others .
