Michaela Rehm
Michaela Rehm (* 1970 ) is a German philosopher.
Life
She studied philosophy, political science and comparative literature at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . Magister Artium with a thesis on Emmanuel-Joseph Sieyès ' theory of representation. During her doctoral studies in Munich , she conducted research in Paris in 2001 . After completing her doctorate in 2003 summa cum laude with a dissertation on Jean-Jacques Rousseau's political philosophy and her habilitation in 2016 with a thesis on moral obligation, Venia legendi for philosophy, she has been professor for the history of philosophy and practical philosophy at the university since 2017 Bielefeld .
Her research areas are ethics and political philosophy, legal philosophy, religious philosophy, aesthetics. History of Practical Philosophy.
