Michaela Teller

Michaela Teller (* 1975 in Bonn ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Live and act

After graduating from high school in Bonn, Teller initially completed training for the upper class in financial administration. She then worked in the financial administration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia , most recently in the rank of tax inspector . She later gave up her position, studied law and, after completing her legal training, she worked as a lawyer in a Bonn commercial law firm with the first and second state examinations. There she also worked as a tax advisor after passing the appropriate examination . In November 2007, Teller joined the justice service of the State of Lower Saxony and was appointed as a judge at the Lower Saxony Finance Court in Hanover. From 2011 to 2014 she was seconded to the Federal Fiscal Court as a research assistant . In March 2015 she was elected judge at the Federal Fiscal Court. She took up her position on February 1, 2016 and was assigned to VI , who is primarily responsible for wage tax matters. Assigned to Senate. She is also co-author of a comment on the tax court rules .
