Michihisa Date ( Japanese 伊達 倫 央 , Date Michihisa ; born August 22, 1966 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Date learned to play soccer on the school team at Shimizu Commercial High School and the university team at Tsukuba University . He signed his first contract in 1989 with Yamaha Motors (today: Júbilo Iwata). The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1989 he reached the final of the JSL Cup and Kaiserpokal . In 1993 he was runner-up with the club in the Japan Football League and rose to the J1 League . For the club he completed 106 first division games. In 1995 he moved to league competitor Kashiwa Reysol . For the club, he completed 60 top division games. At the end of 1997 he ended his career as a football player.
