Mick McGrath (athlete)
Mick McGrath (actually Gerard Michael McGrath; born November 28, 1947 ) is a former Australian triple jumper .
In 1970 he won silver at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he was eliminated from qualification.
In 1973 he won silver at the Pacific Conference Games , and in 1974 he failed in the preliminary round of the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch .
He was Australian champion four times (1970, 1972, 1974, 1975). He set his personal best of 16.56 m on January 27, 1975 in Sydney .
