The Microleve Corsario is an ultra-light amphibious aircraft from the Brazilian manufacturer Microleve Ind. E Com. Ltda.

construction

The machine consists almost entirely of composite materials with metal components and is designed as a stripped high-decker. The lateral support floats are located under the wings. The nose wheel can be retracted into the boat-shaped hull and the main landing gear can be folded up to the side. The aircraft (Mk. V) has a Rotax 912 UL with 60 kW mounted above the fuselage , which drives a pusher propeller and a conventional tail unit. Pilot and passenger sit next to each other in an open cockpit or under a one-piece cockpit canopy (Mk. V). Within the Corsario series (Mk. I to Mk. V) there were always minor changes, which mainly related to the cockpit design and engine. Depending on the version, the machine was offered with different engines, such as the two-stroke engines Rotax 582 with 48 kW and Rotax 618 with 60 kW, or the boxer engines Rotax 912 UL with 60 kW, 912 S with 73.5 kW and Verner VM 133M with 63 kW.
