Microsoft Kaizala is an instant messenger from Microsoft that is included in the Microsoft Office 365 package . The service is offered as a mobile app for Android and IOS devices with WiFi support, but can also be used as a web app on a desktop computer. The name is Indian and means "what was going on?"

Functions

Although Kaizala has visual similarities to the leading instant messenger WhatsApp , the messenger is aimed at business customers and requires a telephone number to use it . The functions of the app include:

history

The service was first published in India in November 2017 and was later activated in other countries and used in larger companies. The service originated from Microsoft Garage and is particularly popular in Asian countries . On April 5, 2019, the service was released worldwide. Integration with the team management service Microsoft Teams is also planned for 2020.
