description
The under monument protection standing rental villa is a two story residential building with "picturesque Irregular elevational and roof training" in tile roofing. Originally there was a roof turret with an open lantern on the far-drawn roof of the central building .
In the street view towards Kellereistrasse there is a protruding, single-axis side projection with decorated twin windows and a half-hip gable, inside a semicircular window. To the right of the risalit there is a massive veranda with an exit on top and wide arched windows in front of the back . In the left side view there is a staircase protrusion, which also protrudes far, in which the covered entrance is located, on top also a crippled hip gable with a round window.
On the right side of the view of the Obere Bergstrasse there is another half-hipped gable with a semicircular window, under which there are twin windows as in the Kellereistrasse.
The simply plastered house is adorned by the intricately crafted sandstone surrounds of the windows.
The fence consists of a quarter circle of plastered masonry with roofing at the intersection, the other fence along the street fronts consists of lancet fence fields between plastered pillars.
