Rental villa Reinickstrasse 2

The Mietsvilla Reinickstraße 2 is a listed, detached apartment building with doctor's offices on the street named after the poet and painter Robert Reinick in the Striesen district of Dresden .

The free-standing, three-storey building with a loft was built in 1903 in Art Nouveau style. The house is plastered and has a "differentiated structure" facade, which was structured with sandstone and figural and floral ornamentation.

Four of the eight axes of the facade are taken over by the centrally positioned risalits. This has a fourth floor as the upper end, which was executed in half-timbered .
