The rental villa Wollnerstrasse 3 is an apartment building in the Dresden district of Wachwitz .

description

The two-storey villa built between 1928 and 1930 “is committed to the New Objectivity ... [and shows] the vocabulary of modernity.” Elements of modernity are the “strict and unadorned” design of the building and the roofed, pillar-free corner balcony that opens up the left side of the facade with the entrance. The far extended roofing of the entrance also manages without supports. The vestibule has "discreet and valuable" furnishings.
