Miguel Barrera
Miguel Barrera (* 15. November 1978 in Canalete , Córdoba Department , Colombia ) is a former Colombian boxer in the straw weight .
Professional career
In 1998 he successfully started his professional career. On August 9, 2002 he boxed against Roberto Carlos Leyva for the IBF world championship and won on points. However, he lost this belt to Edgar Cardenas in his second title defense at the end of May of the following year .
After this defeat he ended his career.
