Miguel Delgado Galindo (born May 22, 1963 in Barcelona , Spain ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman .
Life
Miguel Delgado Galindo received on 15 September 1996, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on June 18, 2011 as Undersecretary of the Pontifical Council for the Laity .
