Miguel Márquez, full name Miguel Ángel Márquez Machado, (born October 16, 1987 in Young ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.78 meter tall midfielder Márquez was a member of the first division team Danubio FC from 2009 to July 2011 . In the 2009/10 season he completed four games in the Primera División for the Montevideans and scored one goal. He then joined the Las Piedras- based club Juventud on loan . In the 2011/12 season he met there once in 22 second division appearances in the opposing goal. He was then firmly committed by the club. In the first division season 2012/13 he ran 13 times (one goal) and in the season 2013/14 twice (no goal) in the top Uruguayan division. In January 2014 he moved to league rivals Club Atlético Rentistas , for whom he played a further eleven first division games (no goal) until the end of the 2013/14 season. After the Clausura in 2014, he was initially reported to Rentistas as a departure without a destination and in August 2014 he joined the Club Deportivo Quevedo from Ecuador .
